- You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered on the platform.
- Tenant administrators are responsible for their client data and for complying with applicable privacy laws.
- You must not use the platform for illegal purposes or to store illegal content.
4. Plans and billing
- Free plan: No charge. A 3% commission applies on online payments processed through the platform.
- Pro plan: Monthly ($39/mo) or annual ($390/yr) subscription. 0% commission. Cancellation takes effect immediately; no refunds for partial periods.
- Enterprise plan: One-time payment ($890). Lifetime license. 0% commission. Non-refundable.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.
5. Data ownership
- Your data belongs to you. Moorly does not claim ownership of data you enter on the platform.
- You may export or delete your data at any time.
- Upon account termination, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Moorly is not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.
7. AI-generated content
The platform offers AI-powered content generation (via Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini). AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and should be reviewed before publishing. Moorly is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of liability
Moorly is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moorly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Moorly in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may delete your account from the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice.
